NORFOLK (AP)—Norfolk police are investigating the fatal shooting of Maury High School football standout Charles Humphrey. The 18-year-old senior was found dead at an intersection in the city’s Park Place section at about 1 a.m. yesterday. Police say no arrests have been made.
